all better

This morning, while lying on the couch, weeping over the events of the morning (and letting my hormones and emotions get the best of me) this sweet little guy came over for some words of cheer:

"Mom, get happy!" he said, with a big smile, and head cocked to the left.

He wiped the tear away, then saw more..."uh oh, Mom, I'll get it." Then he went to the kitchen, got the dish towel and proceeded to wipe my eyes.

After tossing the towel over his shoulder, he got a smile out of me. "Mommy's happy again!" he shouted. Then he laid his head on my shoulder.

That is probably the most adorable thing I've ever heard! Too sweet.

Hope everything is okay...

Isn't it crazy how observant these 2 yr olds can be? Evie always asks me, "Momma, are you happy?" if I look like I'm scowling or just not smiling in general.

Just wanted you to know that you are darling! I completely enjoy reading your blog.

Hope you are feeling better about whatever was making you sad.

Between all the awesome things Jennifer has told me about you, and everything I read on your blog...you are an impressive gal.

Hang in there!

I love it when the kids nurture us like we've done for them so often. It proves we've done something right.

Don't you love all the extra pregnancy hormones bouncing around?
