A first

This is a sampling of Jaydon and Joel's first violin recital. Emily's an old hand at this...she's done it several times...but had a few jitters with Grandma and Grandpa S. in the audience. (and cousin Lauren). Enjoy!
(the first one is Joel, second is Jaydon):

(We're working on Emily's...it's a longer video...)

that is awesome! I can just imagine them playing Canon in D at Ezra and Lucy's wedding.

My favorite part was Jaydon's bedhead as he walked away!

I totally had the same thought as Ali - I couldn't tell if it was just fuzzy because of the video! They did great. How awesome. You are all going to blow us away at the family talent show - while Kristopher is standing on his head your boys are going to be putting on a full blown concert! I love them!

isn't that rooster tail a crack up! No matter what we do, it's sneaking up again and again (unless it's a buzz, of coarse!) :) Joel usually has one too...

troy wanted to add that lucy will be carrying ezra down the aisle as jack is roaring at everyone and blowing in their faces!

That is SO CUTE!! Good for them! I just have one question..Are those standard size violins? They look oddly mini.

We were looking forward to seeing our other grandkids when visiting Ali over New Years, but you were up here. Sorry we missed you. Did Ali give you the box of almonds we left for you? She better have!!! Hope you had as good a visit as we did.
